With gourmet chef Peter Hagen-Wiest, who has been selected by the "Schlemmer Atlas" as one of the top 50 chefs in Germany, at the helm, the world's only Michelin star restaurant in a leisure park delights guests with its fine, established Mediterranean cuisine. “Chef Peter Hagen-Wiest has conquered the hearts of the gourmets with great creativity without losing the relationship to the region," said Europa-Park CEO Thomas Mack about the gourmet cuisine, which does not require a lot of hocus-pocus.
