Whether in a seated twist, dove or sun salutation position: yoga exercises strengthen both body and spirit. Every Wednesday from 18:00 - 19:30 a yoga course is available in the beautiful, spacious rooms of the fitness club at the ‘Bell Rock’. The concept, which originated from India, involves both physical exercises and mental concentration. Muscle strength, flexibility and physical consciousness are gently trained. By calmly holding the positions, blockages are released, the circulation through the organs is improved, stress is reduced and inner healing powers are activated. The fitness courses are free of charge for hotel guests; visitors to the hotel can make individual bookings, or visit all courses by paying a monthly fee.
