In “Spices – Cuisines of the World”

Indian, african and south american

Sounds exotic and tastes delicious. Different continents, different dishes and spices. With the new restaurant “Spices – Cuisines of the World” in Adventure Land, Europa-Park offers a varied food concept. The menu changes three to four times a week. Indian, African and South American delicacies change with the seasons. The focus is on some familiar dishes and some that are less well known. The large inside space with its African-Arabic atmosphere has 80 covers. Dishes are freshly prepared in front of the guests in an open cooking area. Outside in the courtyard to the former colonial building, there is seating for a further 80 diners. The walls in “Spices” are plastered with clay and straw. Real lava rocks and tiling in the counter area create an authentic atmosphere. From 18 July until the end of August, the guest chefs Anita Roux and Maggie Sekepane will provide some African flair in Europa-Park. Gourmets can experience an extraordinary taste safari.

An additional highlight is the “African Food Festival”, which takes place every day (except Tuesdays) from 6 p.m. from 20 July to 28 August. Reservations on: +49 (0)7822 77-6697.
