According to an old Gaucho recipe, the Cortadores cut the meat directly from the skewer onto their plates: juicy chicken, beef, lamb or spare ribs, the huge barbecue skewers have something for everyone. There are also some typical Andalusian dishes on the gourmet buffet - both hot and cold.
