EMS training now in Europa-Park

Electric impulses for a dream body

Getting fit easily and quickly – who would not like that? “EMS training” makes this possible and is now available in the New England Fitness & Spa in the “Bell Rock” hotel. A personal trainer guides the participants through. The fitness programme lasts just 20 minutes and gets the body in trim. EMS stands for electro-muscle stimulation. During the full body training course, the muscles are stimulated simultaneously by low-frequency current and are thus activated. The impulses are in the low-frequency range and activate the skeletal muscles entirely without pain. The most you feel is a slight tingling. Conventional training reaches around 40 percent of the muscle fibres. With EMS training, by contrast, 95 percent of the muscle fibres can be activated. It has been used extremely successfully since the 70s in sports and rehabilitation medicine, in physiotherapy and in competitive sport. Just 20 minutes of training is sufficient to feel the benefits after just a few weeks: reduction in body fat, no more back problems, a great figure and muscle development that is easy on the joints. The EMS training is open to everyone, including non-residents.
