In the summer months, water is in great demand at Europa-Park. Of course, the park’s water attractions are incredibly popular, but the water parks and swimming pools in our hotels have also proved themselves to be a magnet for visitors. Holidays, close enough to touch!
Who would have thought that Europa-Park, or strictly speaking, our founding father Roland Mack, would be awarded the highest honour in the German hotel and catering industry? During the course of a large celebratory gala evening, we were honoured with the Brillat-Savarin pin. This award is for our whole family and all the people working at Europa-Park. Great hotels and first-class catering have begun to play an increasingly important role across the entire amusement park industry.
This award could not have been won without the wonderful employees at Europa-Park. In each edition of resortnews we present people who are significantly involved in the success of our hotels. In this issue, three hotel reception managers talk about their work.
My personal recommendation for you is to visit our “Imperio” evening show in the Colosseo piazza. The spectacular takes place every day from 27th July to 7th September in front of the imposing Romanesque backdrop with live music, dancing and plenty of special effects.
