Hotel “Santa Isabel”

Fresh Beer on Draught at the Beer Cellar!

For lots of visitors, a cold beer is just the thing after an eventful day at Europa-Park. In the “Santa Isabel” hotel, a stone staircase leads down into the cosy beer cellar, where you can get exactly this: in the monastery-style vaults, the house-brewed monastery beer “Santa Isabel” is served in apt stoneware tankards. The hearty meat fondue goes particularly well with a cold beer (there is also cheese, fish or Chinese fondue available!). There is now also a chocolate fondue available for dessert, to be enjoyed by visitors big and small.

Larger groups will have no problem being accommodated on the long tables. Fine wines and à la Carte dishes are also served alongside the good solid beer. The day can come to the perfect close in this rustic atmosphere with its candles and soft lighting. During lent, there used to be no food served in the monasteries between sunrise and sunset. To help with their growling stomachs, the monks created stout, an especially filling beer, which is also served here.

During the park season the beer cellar is open daily from 6pm to 10pm.
